The digital economy: managing change for new opportunities

Michael Chanter will speak at the upcoming Digital Economy and Innovation event on the topic “Managing Change and Complexity in the Digital Economy”.
With more than 15 years large-scale software engineering and IT strategy experience behind him, Michael has witnessed many organisations’ struggles and successes as they seek to adopt and leverage new technologies for business gain.
He says, “The digital economy provides a wealth of opportunity for those who understand the strategic applications that new technology provides.“
“However, with great opportunity comes the great challenge of managing complexity in a connected world. Organisations and individuals are faced with enormous change and innovation, and a constant struggle to make sense of what is relevant and important to them and their organisations.”
Michael will provide insight into some key techniques for approaching the complexity puzzle.
