Cloud computing triggers Networking Practice

June 15, 2010

With cloud computing now top of mind for many IT managers, Frontline Systems is establishing a new Networking Practice, to provide its customers with a complete and integrated range of solutions.

There are a number of factors that are leading our customers to demand this complete solution. The convergence of infrastructure and aggregation of solutions, as well as our involvement in the increased adoption of cloud computing requiring more bandwidth mean that customers are more dependent than ever on networking. We feel that we are best placed to provide them with a solution that integrates with these other aspects of their infrastructure,” comments Chris Ford, Head of Sales, Frontline Systems.

Frontline’s increased presence in cloud computing as well as its new Singapore data centre make it well placed to move into this arena. The new Networking Practice means that businesses will now be able to turn to Frontline to deliver all their IT services needs.

With our existing portfolio of infrastructure, middleware and database offerings, it was the next logical step for us to move into networking. We will be focusing initially on HP ProCurve and Juniper products although will also be able to provide solutions from Cisco and other vendors where necessary,” adds Ford.

Frontline Systems is a leading Australian IT Systems Integrator and continues to innovate in the IT space.
